I want to design menubars sub-options like this in WordPress

as bold & unbold text with icons & symbols. or suggest some steps or plugins design this type of menubars. Also plz suggest to customize menu sidebars

Unfortunately we cannot create such type of menu. Please consider using some megamenu plug-ins.
