Hello,

This is not the first time that I can't work on my sites using Nicepage, and that my clients call me to tell me that they can't modify their pages either.

I pay for licenses and my clients pay me, so that everyone can use your system.

It is not acceptable that if there is a problem on your servers, no customer can work, while our licenses are paid and up to date.

It is up to you to find a solution for delayed validation, so that we are not blocked every time you have a problem with the stability of your network.

Please propose a solution so that this kind of situation does not happen again.

Hi Frédéric,

We are terribly sorry for the issue. Unfortunately the problem was not on our side and our hosting provider had not warned us about this problem. We are still working on solving some login issues that some of our users have. Once again, we are sorry about the issue and we'll consider it regarding the future work with our provider.

Hello,
I can understand that there are sometimes problems with servers, providers, etc.

But this should not affect the users' connection to the Nicepage system. You should make a delayed check-in system, which avoids being blocked if your systems are down for 2 or 3 hours.

We do check the license with each connection to our service, that was made due to security reasons. In any case, we'll consider improving our system to avoid such issues.

Now that you are up and running again perhaps one of the support crew could take a look at an issue I am have with a contact form.
