Hi,

Do you mean that after the successful activation you open the desktop application and it is not activated? Please try to remove the desktop application, reload your computer, install the application again and log in making sure that you use tomeialejandra@gmail.com e-mail. Also a screenshot of the error message that you see in the application will be helpful.

Firefox answer fine. Look the picture. I tried with safari and it‘s the same. I can‘t do anything else. I can only keep working on the same page but not extra pages or new website.

I can enter your site with anonymous but I can not lounche my nicepage desctop app, I am redirected to the browser and from there the problem begins

Also I can see that you are logged into your account in the browser you are posting this message from. That should also activate the account in your application.
