Our developers are working on this. In the new Nicepage 3.25 version https://nicepage.com/doc/190536/joomla-4-template-export, we have added support for the export of the Joomla 4 Template from the Desktop Applications.

NOTE: In this update, you can export only the Template for Joomla 4. We are working on the Editor Extension for Joomla 4, which will be available in future updates.

Does this mean that you can develope a site for Joomla 4 in the desktop version and upload it to the webpage and when updates is needed you have to go from the desktop version until the Joomla plugin is developed?

Create the Theme with Content in the Desktop app and install them on your Joomla (v.4) website.

To update Joomla 4 Extension, you have to export it from the Desktop applications for Windows or Mac OS https://nicepage.com/doc/192635/hover-animation-effects.
For this, choose the Pages and Editor Plugin in the export dialog and install the extension in Joomla admin >> System >> Install >> Extensions.

Affirmative, the Nicepage Desktop version, the menu is not reflected in Joomla 4, it is not visible, the templates do not matter either, it matters half, and with many failures in the blocks, they do not work, it is unheard of, that such an expensive software that they sold it to you for $ 199 dollars, have this number of shortcomings, and outside of that they do not solve the incidents, and you do not answer, if you respond when you say that you are interested in buying the software, there if they are super attentive, but After you buy it, they abandon you, ignore you, and don't even return your money. Unfortunately the desktop version of nicepage doesn't work with joomla 4 I've tried several times, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. after uploading the template, it does not take over all the plugins or sometimes it does not take over the images or or something is always missing

Please note that the Joomla 4 export is still under the Beta stage. Therefore some unexpected issues are possible.
If you faced any problems with the Joomla export please contact us and provide a detailed description of the issue so we can investigate it.

The issue with missing menus on the Nicepage pages can be fixed by switching the page template to the "Theme header and Footer" or "Theme Template":

We'll check the issue with the "Nicepage header and Footer" template.

I am about to upgrade Joomla from 3.10.3 to Joomla 4.03 on one site. When I set the Joomla update to next and review the Pre-Update Check, it reports that System - Nicepage Content Editor has an upgrade issue that could prevent Joomla to upgrade.

I captured the error message which states:
Potential Upgrade Issue
This extension includes a plugin that could cause the upgrade to fail.

To perform the Joomla upgrade safely you should either upgrade this extension to a version compatible with your target version of Joomla or disable the relevant plugin(s) and check again.

For more information about the relevant plugins please check the 'Live Update' tab.

Is there anything I can do to upgrade the site safely? Or do I wait until Nicepage have resolved the issue highlighted?

Hi,

I assume that now you have the plug-in that was exported for Joomla 3 version. Please remove it, upgrade your site and then install the plug-in for Joomla 4. Note, it can be exported from the desktop application only, choose the corresponding version in the export window. Also note that support for Joomla 4 is still beta.

What's the status on J4 support? I see in 3.29 its still labelled as beta. Got half a dozen sites i need updating and i don't wanna be on J3.9 much longer

Hi Ch3vr0n, I also used Artisteer for 4-5 years and found it super user friendly. I recently started playing around with Nicepage and I am really confused! I was wondering if you experienced that as well.

it's a bit overwhelming at first yes as it's an entirely different UI. In that regard themler is more similar (but very much less updated). I know my way around by now to a certain degree but by far no expert yet. Stick with it, you'll get the main hang of things in a while
