Hi,
I'm trying to upload my nicepage site to WP. When I go to appearance > themes > upload new it times out after a few seconds and displays an error page saying 'This site can't be reached'. It looks like the issue is due to no internet connection or something like that, but that's not the case.
I have managed to install the Nicepage plugin but when I go to nicepage > install again after a few seconds I get an 'error 0 unknown' message.
I have managed to upload the theme only, but if I then try to upload the content in a separate zip I get the same issues as above.
I have also logged in to a different WP site of mine, and the site uploaded perfectly first time!
I've tried a different browser, clearing cache and also using different wifi connection but nothing has helped. I also tried uploading a random free theme I found on Google to see if the issue was with uploading anything - but that theme installed perfectly fine.
I have checked with my hosting company and they don't think the issue is related to the site being too big, they have even increased the space on my hosting to be sure but still the same issue.
I have tried uploading the site via file manager but not a clue what I'm doing! Once uploaded and extracted I don't know how to view the site or make it live? Very confusing!
So I am stumped, no one seems to be able to help me and I need to get this site live ASAP for a client. Any suggestions?!
