Fix your "Exporting Error" issue

Recently when I'm exporting files, I get the following error. Please fix this. With your service at least the export worked (before), now even that doesn't work... Sadly...

And support, please don't try to give me those dumb answers "please check your internet connection", or "disable your anti-virus", etc. because those don't help, just give me straight steps on how to fix this issue. And also, don't just send "It's not our problem" or just send an unuseful link, because I have noticed your support does these things quite a lot...

NOTE:
This issue has accrued to me the first time while using NicePage, so yea, it's nothing to do with me because everything else before worked fine with the exporting, but recently (just today actually) this issue started, so probably if I got to guess, you messed something up at your HQ, so fix that.. Thank you..

Hello,

Please, save your project if you are working on a desktop application, uninstall the program (completely) and download once again.
According to your free version, your export window should look like this, meaning Include Nicepage Project must be disabled at all and it is not in your screenshot:

Take your time and send us a new screenshot (you haven't sent any new ones despite our requests) of your export window with an issue or record a video of how you do export to the root of the disk with unmatched Include Blog Post.

Here is the proof that the issue is somewhere at your end, did everything you told me to do to prevent this issue, but nothing, the same error once again...

As for now, your screenshot shows only that you had successfully renamed your Folder Name but didn't change the Path for export, again.

Please, try to export into the root system disk

Really.. I didn't rename anything.. I changed the path where it will save.. Yes I did click the folder icon and selected a different folder.. So as I said before, either fix your issue or take down NicePage and come back in a few years when you've fixed all of your issues... Until then don't try to blame all the issues on your users because I saw you guys on other forum posts try to do whatever is in your power to blame the issue on the user and not admit that you have an issue with your App...

if you are not wiling to help me, then just stop replying...

Hi,

It is impossible to fix something if we do not know what causes this issue because we cannot reproduce it on our side. Also, you the only one who reported it.
So, did you try exporting the website to the C:/ directly or on the system desktop? I also recommend that you try the browser download folder. Please provide a few screenshots with different folders outside the .../OneDrive/Documents folder you used previously.
Also, please provide the screenshots that demonstrate the Project path under the Profile >> Preferences.

Hello I have Nicepage Pro and I work on 2 different computers with the program.
When I export html to a folder, not only are the files unusable, the folder can no longer be deleted from the system.

I get an error message that the path is not available, although I can see the folder.
The error message is as follows:
"C:\ (folder path)....is not available. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disk is inserted and repeat the procedure. In the case of a network location, make sure you are connected to the network or Internet and repeat the process.
If the location is still not found, it may have been moved or deleted."

Exporting to a zip folder on the local PC and unzipping causes no problems.
Exporting to a folder path through sftp directly to the server also causes no problems.
How do I delete the folders from my system?

Hello,

The error you are reporting is not typical and unfortunately, we cannot reproduce it in any way.
Please make a screen-recording video where your error message would appear, export HTML as zip file and as folder with one path, is it possible?
Please make another private ticket to protect your personal data.

There are some ways to delete your local PC folder, you can search online.
The most common way is to delete through Windows Command Prompt, please have a look - https://www.instructables.com/Deleting-an-Undeletable-Folder/
