I tried to upload my data from Nicepage to WinSCP but after doing so, the data deleted off of Nicepage. Is there any way to recover this data?

Please help. The complete look and feel of one of my clients websites is gone. Is er a backup somewhere or some way to recover it?? I haven't worked on this site for several weeks and nw i see...
