reCatcha cat be deleted?

Hello, I'm trying to remove reCaptcha from my page by deleting the code (Screenshot) but it keeps reappearing. Am I trying to remove it the wrong way? I don't want to have their logo in the bottom...

Why don't some of the templates stick?

There is an error whenever I add a template, change some of the text around, and I move onto the next page. But when I come back to it, the template is gone completely off my page.
