I purchased my domain from godaddy. I was told the reason my website is not connecting is that the IP address for nicepage is not correct. The one I have is 35.157.174.232

I don't know if it is my issue or not but the domain connection is reported to be correct by your tool, the secure cert lock is listed and it has been a few days so I am wondering what the issue is...
