Hello, I'm getting this error after opening the Nicepage app on Windows
After pressing OK I'm getting

Hi Vitalii,

Does this issue happen with any theme or with a specific one? If that happens with the specific theme, please try to export it as a project from the dashboard and attach it to the ticket.

It doesn't appear with theme

Could you please disable antivirus software and reinstall Nicepage Desktop. Does the issue continue?

Hi Olivia, the same error just popped on my windows pc. I followed your suggestion to disable the antivirus, reinstall and test again. But before the UI is loaded, this error pops.

Hi,

Could you please create a log file for our team so we can investigate this issue:

  1. Create a new private topic with a detailed issue description
  2. Create an empty debug.txt file in the following folder:
    %APPDATA%\Nicepage
  3. restart the Nicepage application
  4. attach the log file to the support topic:

    • debug.txt file
    • start Nicepage application >> click F12 (for Windows) >> switch to the "Console" tab >> reproduce the issue and provide the console log (txt file or screenshot)
