menu showing vertical instead of horizontal in wordpress

i have a header section with 2 different menus on the left and right side of the logo, left location is primary navigation and right location is primary navigation 2, on the desktop version they both show up fine, but after i uploaded the theme, both menus show up as list on the left hand side instead. How can i change it so it will show up properly. Also, when I edit the page on the website with nicepage plug in, both menus show up with the same menu choice, but when i preview it, it shows the correct menu choices. Please help!

Hi there, in the desktop version, everything looks fine. when edit with plug-in, they still line up. in preview mode, not showing right. If you want to have access to the site or backend, please let me know.

i am not sure if the site is screwed up when i tried different things or just wordpress 5.5.1 has some problem, i wiped and download 5.3 and start over again, everything is working now. Thanks
