Some time ago we uploaded the extension to Joomla to one of our customers (missing rn 6 updates)
How can we update the extension without destroying the changes we made online?
cause we cant update them in joomla...

Please specify what exactly do you mean.
If you download Nicepage Joomla extension from https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads and install it on your Joomla site, then there is no content import. Please refer to this short tutorial https://nicepage.com/doc/70240/installation-of-joomla-extension
