Forms doesn't work in Modal Popup

If you still have any difficulties, please make sure that the form works in the regular Block.
If not, please check all settings https://nicepage.com/doc/4216/send-emails-with-nicepage-form.

If you need further assistance, create a private case, provide temporary access to the site backend. We will check the issue on your end.

The issues is yet to be resolved. The issue is that when you try to redirect the submit button to a Modal Popup, it remains inactive. Please check and demonstrate the same on your side.

Please specify, if we understood you correctly. Do you want to redirect submit button from the contact form that is sending data to the emails to another submit button, basically, also sending the data to the emails? Because if you will redirect any other buttons on the website to the modal popup it works just fine, smoothly and clearly.
Would you be so kind to demonstrate to us the screenshots of what exactly are you doing?
