Ask a Question

On my joomla site, the pages that do not come up with Nicepage edit button, default to the nice page "Theme Header and Footer" which uses the page width.
On the pages WITH the Nicepage edit button, the layout is using the Nicepage Header and Footer (which uses the full page), which is what I would like.

This affects pages like HikaShop and Joomla logon/user pages.

Is there a way of having NIcepage layout using the Nicepage Header and Footer (which uses the full page) on other pages in Joomla ?

Nicepage 2.25
Joomla! 3.9.21 Stable

Hi,

The option "Nicepage Header and Footer" enables Header and Footer saved in the plugin. This template can be applied to the Nicepage pages only. All other Joomla pages use the theme created in the Desktop application (Post and Blog Templates).
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Now that answer is quite annoying as it is wrong.

After much searching.

You follow the instructions (from your site) to add a blank page, then add position block , add the login to that block.

So you end up with the login module on a nice page with the correct header and footer,

Hi,

The position control has no relation to Header or Footer. This is content control, just like Text or Grid.
The Nicepage page with Position with login module is still the Nicepage page.
Nicepage pages can be displayed with the Header saved in the plugin (" Nicepage header and Footer", you can edit Header and Footer in the plugin) or Header from the theme (both "Theme..." options, the theme cannot be edited with the plugin). All other pages created outside Nicepage (Joomla pages, HikaShop pages, or pages created with any other component) can use the Nicepage theme only (equivalent to "Theme..." options). Such pages cannot use the Header saved in the plugin (equivalent to "Nicepage Header and Footer").

You can create a blank nice page, with header and footers
Add a position
Add the joomla login module to that position.

You end up with a nicepage with correct header and footers with the Joomla login module.
