I had the same problem. What I did was manually editing the page on the hosting server and removing all the url link for nicepage.

Thanks for the screenshot, I see the problem with the ready-made contact form designs. I have asked our developers to investigate it. We will let you know when we receive a response from them.

If you try to create a form from scratch, there will be no problem. Or please create a private case and we will fix the issue on your site.
