Hi,
The bullet is black because the list text color is black. The list text color can be changed under the Theme Color settings in the Desktop application. But this will affect all lists on the website. Unfortunately, there is no separate text color option for lists where all items are links. I can only suggest that you change text color under the Position control >> Block content. This will affect all text in this position, and this may help in the case of list menus.

You asked about the color of bullets. The yellow color is the color of the hyperlinks. It cannot be changed for a specific position. You can change the link color under the Theme settings >> Colors.
