Can you add it as an image then add a link to it?Hi Matthew,
There is no option to add the image background to the button control, but indeed you can simply add your Image and use a link for it so that will imitate a button.

Yes, but it doesn't have the ability to change on hover and when clicked. It's a shame because when you are paying for a licence you want to be able to customise everything as much as possible.

You can evaluate the application possibilities before purchasing with the free version. In any case, we'll consider your suggestion for our wishlist.

hmmm read it all including addendums
—As a new user with a mission to create a new website for our nonprofit, I was both pleased and disappointed by features and lack thereof in nicepage. With regard to the lack of buttons, the image with embedded text works fine. As to hover effect, I have not yet explored inserting HTML or other code into my pages, figuring that's something for modifying created pages after I'm done having help from nicepage. However, there are ready-made free code snippets available online to use to insert your button images X2...so that they will swap/change on mouseover and swap/change back on mouseout. I have one which I used on a site to create nice glassy social media icons that would swap/change...worked good. I will try to attach the file (just a text file containing code examples you would need to copy, modify and use with your own image filenames, etc. Additionally, I'll add a link to an example showing that swap in action on a mock-up test page below:
The social media links are near the bottom of the page. One of them has an incorrect text image on hover...but all of them work to show the hover effect.
(deleted addendums given earlier)
Good Luck!
