Wordpress problems

I created a website on Nicepage desktop, and have exported it to a Wordpress zip file, checking off "Theme" and "Pages and Editor Plugin".

When trying to upload under "Appearance", nothing happens, it errors out. ("Link Expired")

The file size is 40MB. Our hosting package is large.

I am new to this, and really need help! I put a lot of time into the site, but now I'm stuck.
