Downloading html and css files

Hi. Lately Ive been studying back-end development. To sum up the skills I got, I decided to make a full-on website on Java, but I have no skills in front-end, so Im looking for a template constructor which is easy to use. I got excited by nicepage by I can`t seem to find any way to get a resulting template. Is it even possible to get html and css files for templates created here?

You didn't mention which CMS you're using. Here's a quick one generated for Wordpress. Not sure what you mean by a "full-on website on Java". Do you mean Java or Javascript?
