Nicepage and Usability of design

We need to address Mobile-First design for our own and our customer sites that we build. How does Nicepage handle the concern for this method of design.
Really want to purchase the Premium Pro plan.

nicepage has 5 icons at the top of the desktop application (can't speak for the online version, don't use it) that allows you to optimize how things look on desktop PC's, laptops and mobile devices in various layout's (horizontal or vertical)
