We're sorry that you encountered such a problem and we will be glad to help you solve it.
But please note, this issue can be caused not only by our plugin. Please check the caching on your site and try to disable all third-party plugins (security plugins, code optimizing plugins, etc). These plugins may prevent Nicepage from saving changes to the page.
If you are using another plugin for editing content (pages), you can also check if there are any problems with saving. If so, then the problem is not with our plugin.
This is also can be a problem on the server-side. You can contact your hosting provider with this question and ask them to check server logs.
Maybe there are some security settings that do not allow saving changes.
If that doesn't help, we will do our best to help you but for this we need to reproduce the issue on your side. As we have already answered in your private case, we failed to reproduce the issue on your site.
Then please reply to us in the private case, specify the page we should open and which changes we should add there so that we can see the problem.
