Hi. At the moment, I can no longer save or publish a page that I'm editing but only preview it. Nor can I go to My Sites from the page that's being edited, though I can't leave the page without losing all my content. It's like the page is almost completely frozen.

batuyer, it looks like you have a completely different problem, not related to the save process in the Editor in CMS.

Please create a private case and provide your Desktop project, describe all problems you have in more details.

Hi,

As I mentioned above, please note, this issue can be caused not only by our plugin. Please check the caching on your site and try to disable all third-party plugins (security plugins, code optimizing plugins, etc). These plugins may prevent Nicepage from saving changes to the page.
If you are using another plugin for editing content (pages), you can also check if there are any problems with saving. If so, then the problem is not with our plugin.

This is also can be a problem on the server side. You can contact your hosting provider with this question and ask them to check server logs.
Maybe there are some security settings that do not allow saving changes.

If you need further assistance, please provide temporary access to the WP admin panel in your private case.

I have the same issue : No menu, no link is working for all old project updated. Since upgrade yesterday !!!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. The "SAVE" button is unclickable and although the interface says "Saved", the edits have not been saved. I have no knowledge of HTML and don't know how to access my website's database. Can you please help me?

Obviously, this is a serious issue and NP didn't solve it till today.

Hi, Olivia.
The problem is on NP online and started after I had saved 4 blocks of content, but I didn't notice that the remaining blocks weren't saved until I tried to publish the page. I don't get any error message. What happens is that I get no response when clicking Publish and nothing is saved either. The yellow word 'Saved' doesn't pop up. All the content appears in preview but not beyond that. The other pages on the site Theotokos are okay. But when I open a new window to return to the page in question, only the first four blocks appear. BTW, I upgraded to the New Nice 2.22 after a pop up appeared while editing this page. Could this have anything to do with it?

I have the same issues with latest WP and NP.... I'm starting to look for alternatives... this is not serious!

But please note, this issue can be caused not only by our plugin. Please check the caching on your site and try to disable all third-party plugins (security plugins, code optimizing plugins, etc). These plugins may prevent Nicepage from saving changes to the page.
If you are using another plugin for editing content (pages), you can also check if there are any problems with saving. If so, then the problem is not with our plugin.

If that doesn't help, we will do our best to help you but for this we need to reproduce the issue on your side. As we have already answered in your private case, we failed to reproduce the issue on your site.

This same issue happened to me last night. 2 hours of work, i see it SAVED all the time, I even click publish and this morning all my work is gone. Nicepage is great, far more options to design a website but man this think is buggy. I appreciate the support but TIME is money. had to switch hosting account because of some ajax error which couldn't save my work. I'm glad this website paid for the ultimate edition.

Tuning in here because I had a similar issue in the Wordpress Pagebuilder just now.

I had auto-save activated.

At some point the "Save" Button just greyed out (got the yellow "Saved" from time to time because of autosave)

In fear of losing all my work I did not dare to refresh the page... So I tried turning off auto-save: and this made the Save Button clickable again :)

I am experiencing the same issue. Has anyone identified a solution? I have found that I can copy the page that is not saving and paste it as a new page and it will save my edits and then I just have to change the URL for every page that I want to edit which is somewhat counterproductive.
