you need to look into SEO, which isn't a nicepage problem. this goes from simple keywords, to appropriate sized page titles, meta descriptions, site links...

I added tag words in the SEO section but whhen I search on google, my site does not appear in my search result.
Can you provide me a quick example on how it`s work?

As i said, there's a whole lot more to SEO than just keywords. Page meta descriptions, meta snippets, appropriate length page titles, sitemaps,...

That said, even if you added all that. Your site still needs to be indexed by search engines. Just because you added a handful of keywords won't make the search engines magically aware of your site, and it most certainly won't make it appear at the top of the search results instantly. They still need to know your site exists, eventually it'll get indexed but that takes time.

The quickest way to get your site listed by Google is to add links to social media pages (especially YouTube, as that is owned by Google); online directories; and specifically a street location for the business on Google Maps. It will then appear in a matter of hours, rather than the days or weeks it might take by merely submitting it to search engines.
