What's wrong with the template web servers?
I kept getting this error message when I clicked on any template. See attached screen shot.
"error loading image....try again"
it tells you exactly what's wrong. There's a problem with the server, serving the template images. Nothing you can do. Nicepage has to fix that.

Do you still have issues loading images with the template? If so, please try to switch off antivirus applications and firewall. The second issue with the reload Nicepage error happens with any template or with a specific one? You can create a new private case and explain in more details the issue. What steps you perform to get the error. If you are able to export this theme as a Project, attach it to the ticket.

Very dangerous move, but I've disabled all firewalls on my Windows 10 PC.
Here's what I'm doing....
I don't use much of those Nicepage features, but I only edit simple web elements and save.
Could you allow the program to edit web elements and save my work when it's done please?

Could you please create debug.txt file in the %APPDATA%\Nicepage folder, then restart Nicepage, press F12, switch to the Console tab, and reproduce the issue. Then please provide us with the console log.

I have the same issue on an existing nicepage / WP site.
Try and create a new page in a browser that is not in incogito or private etc and get it tries to load the a template lock - then I get error cannot load the image from the server.
As usual NP gives me more headaches than it solves.........

If you encounter any technical issue with Nicepage please create a new private topic with the detailed issue description and access to the CMS admin panel so we can reproduce this issue and investigate.

Something on your computer is blocking an access to nicepage.com resources. Once again, check the firewall and any extensions on the computer that may be blocking internet access.
