I have created a popup modal block according to the instructions given. The popup contains a video mp4 served from Vimeo (not that it matters).
THE PROBLEM: Everything works perfectly, the popup works as planned, the video plays as intended. BUT.. when user clicks the (x) and closes the popup box, the box disappears but the video continues to play in Background with sound.
CORRECT WAY: When user clicks off box, OR clicks the close (x) the popup should close and the video should also STOP.

Can you guys check that and provide an update fix for it.

I am using nicepage latest version v2.20.1

Hi,

The modal window itself has no relation to what it displays. The script hides and shows the Block. The content of this Block is not mattered, and it is not linked to the modal in any way. In this case, you should add an additional script that stops the player from when the parent container is hidden. Unfortunately, we do not provide such a solution.

Just a thought. Is it possible to turn off auto start in the vimeo link?

Hi,

Do you mean the video added to the gallery? This video is used as the background video. Therefore autoplay is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.

i try to use modal popup but when i create a modal popup and i connect with a link when i open the modal popup i see this error:page not found see {pageid} in args but the popup appears is this a bug?
