getting a footer on woocommerce shop that I cant edit

Hi,

Woocommerce pages use the Nicepage theme Footer. Theme editing is available in the Nicepage Desktop application only. Therefore, please adjust the Footer in the Desktop application and re-install the theme.
Looks like the home page uses the Footer saved in the plugin. This Footer is displayed on the Nicepage pages only.

You can switch plugin and theme Footer with the following option:

Hi I not sure what you mean, I see that option on the nicepage plugin on the hosting and its set.

Yes, that option works only for the pages created with Nicepage. For the WooCommerce pages you need to edit the Post template. That can be done in the desktop application only. So please open the project in the desktop app, edit the footer, export the Theme only and install it on the site.

Sorry how do I open in the desktop app? Can I export from the hosting account?

Have you designed the theme in the desktop application first? Or you were initially working with the plug-in on the site? If you were working with the plug-in and do not have Nicepage theme installed on the site, then you need to create the theme in the desktop application first. The footer and header that you edit in the plug-in on the site are only for the articles created with Nicepage. Other site pages ar using header and footer from your theme.

Thanks it was started in the desktop app but quickly uploaded and completed on the web app. Whats the bast way to export from the web back into the desktop app?

Hi Mark,

There is no way to export from the plug-in to the desktop. Open the project you have in the desktop application and edit the header and footer as you wish, export the Theme only, install it on the site. That won't affect the content that you have created on the site.
