Looks like you need to create the template only, without the content. So edit the header and footer, check the design of the blog and post templates and the theme options for the colors and typography. Export it as the Theme only and load to WP.

Now if I add a main image below the header and just above the footer and uploaded it, and my client adds a new page to add his text/images..etc using wp editor...would this page content/main images cause problems with for other?

I do not understand your questions. Do you mean that you want to have some images present on all the site pages and you want them to be added to the template? Maybe some screenshots will help to understand the question.

I want to know if I add some images below the header or above the footer and my client adds new wp pages the images in the theme would cause problems with my client adds her new pages with their own content.

Hi,

If you need the theme, only you should work with the Post and Blog Templates in the Nicepage Desktop application. Leave the page empty and export the theme only.
The Post template is applied to all WP Posts and pages. The Blog Template is applied to the blog pages like the latest posts, posts page, category, etc.
You can add the empty block with the image below the Header on the Post Template. This block will be displayed on all WP posts and pages.
Your client can add WP pages in the usual way.

Just to clarify "Post" Page is for themse for pages is that correct? So I use this to design the theme for the pages...so when she adds the pages the theme (footer, Header, Image) stays/shows up with any modifcation to it....is that correct!

Hi,

Post Template is not a page, this is Template. This is a complex of the style properties for specific CMS pages. This is a part of the theme/ not content. Once you export the theme and install it on your CMS all CMS pages of the corresponding type will use this template.
