It's through that control panel you either need to apply a free or paid SSL certificate (if that's the actual problem here, as you say "not secure" but you don't provide any image or anything). This is often functionality offered through the control panel, by 3rd party services.
YOU the user still need to apply them.

when you submit the A Record change to your DNS, which changes the IP address (per Nicepage's Custom Domain Instructions), you must delete the old record with the old host IP or it creates a conflict globally. Google Search Console won't be able to index your site because the SSL certificate from Nicepage won't be issued due to the conflicting IP addrfesses
