True White Label for Resellers

Hi,

1. Yes, the White label option allows to rename the plugin and change the plugin logo used in the admin panel.
2. Nicepage pages can be edited in the Nicepage editor only. We offer a Client license that allows your client to make changes to the Nicepage pages via CMS plugin.
3. You can sell the websites created with the Nicepage WL plugin to individual customers. But please note that reselling is not allowed. In other words, you cannot upload the created themes/content with the plugin to marketplaces like themeforest.

Thx. Is the client licence that allows my clients to make changes free to use if we designed the website using our Reseller Ultimate version? Where can i find instructions on setting this up for Wordpress?

As mentioned above. you can sell the theme with a plug-in to an individual customer, but you cannot resell them to numerous customers.

I was wondering if you can sell HTML versions to clients, such as we design the site and sell it to them. They have no need for editing as we will do all that for them.

You can sell HTML websites to your customers. But also, while selling the website we would advise you to make sure that the content (e.g. images) doesn't infringes the copyright rights on your website.
