I can not upload theme and content.
It just loads and loads and loads. Waited over 1 hour.
Why and how do i solve this? Theme size is 30-40 mb so that should not be a problem. I am also working with 100mb/s internet.

The theme size may be the issue as your hosting may have limitations on the upload size and execution time. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check а something is blocking the content import from Nicepage.

Were you able to resolve this? godaddy already upgraded my hosting and size should have not limits, but then I still have this problem.

Please create a private case and provide temporary access to the WP admin panel and the .zip file with the Theme and content that you try to install on your WP site.

Attach the problem theme and let us know the limitation values used for:
post_max_size
upload_max_filesize
memory_limit
directives in the file php.ini and provide temporary access to your website admin panel back-end.

Mine took a while, but it does upload. The only thing it seems to not do is delete old content when you import it.
Just created a theme with a couple of pages. Upload new theme - selected import previous content etc - and it just hangs there for over an hour - then I give up..
I did edit the theme zip file and I removed the nicepage plugin file (the site already has the nicepage plugin insteall - so I dont need it) - this reduced the theme zip file down to 3 mb.
Went through the install process and import content part - and again it just hangs.
as per with nicepage - it's one step forward and 3 steps back
any tips to ido the very simple task of installing a nicepage theme plus a couple of pages...it shouldnt be this difficult
Did anyone get solution for this? Did nicepage try to resolve this issue?
