What is going on with Nicepage? I know the pandemic has lead to additional pressures and new ways of working, but frankly the service is just not good enough.
As someone who has invested in the "Ultimate" package over the last two years, surely I should still be able to expect a reasonably prompt acknowledgement when I ask a question or have an issue? Furthermore, the number of bugs in the software and the heavy source code it generates is really getting to me now. Stop trying to prettify the product and focus on cleaning up the code and dealing with enquiries from loyal clients when they call on you.
We are ALL under pressure but if I kept my clients waiting like this, I wouldn't have any.
