My hamburger panel is not displaying consistently. When I resize my browser to make it appear on my desktop, it works fine from the off-canvas.
When I access the site using my phone, the panel doesn't display when it slides in.

I've tested your website in Chrome on my Android phone. The menu looks ok.
Please make sure that you're using the latest browser version.
Also, please let us know the browser version and OS version of the phone from the screenshot.

I see the issue on iPhone. Please try to set the Brig Forward option for the menu and header. If that also does not help, attach the theme exported as the project.
