Ask a Question

Hello, I have a problem I'm using nicepage to create landing pages, unfortunately the emails sent by the forms with the system (with PHP script) are considered spam ... I also did a test with a mail-tester with a low score due to the script .. this situation is becoming frustrating, do you have any suggestions to solve?

Mauro,

Almost all companies protect their clients from receiving spam so this is a hard solution to make emails not treated as spam. Nicepage does not provide such solutions just sending email and Nicepage infrastructure does not responsible for threatening as spam. Also, we not providing a solution to make mass-mailing or client mailing.
If you want to use emails professionally we recommend you purchase a special mailing plan from mailing companies and send mail using them.
But you may make the situation a little bit better by setting correct PTR and SPF for your domain. This may be done using the registrant control panel or DNS provider you use.
Also, you may add the email you used in From: field to your whitelist.
How to do this you may find using search engines.
