Adjust Padding on all sites simultan with hotkey

It would be nice if we could adjust the padding on all sites with hotkey CTRL for example.
Or with SHIFT onle draging left and right padding.

CRTL = Padding adjustment above and below
SHIFT = Padding adjusment left and right
ALT = Padding adjustment on all sites in same time
