The page has unpublished changes. Where is the button "Publish" ?

Hello,
I use Nicepage Joomla component and now i try to edit an existant page. I saved it, but there is no change in the website. Not all changes.
In Joomla i got this message :
"The page has unpublished changes.
Click Edit with Nicepage button and then click Publish to make them visible on your website"

But, when i edit the page, il can't see any publishing button anywhere.
Could you help me Please ?

Hello Olivia,
It was a gallery and i saved the page but it was not enough as i told you.

So i deleted it to use a slider. And it works...

Hi Francis,

To save the changes you just need to press SAVE button.

Do you see all changes if you press the save button? Exactly what changes are missing? Could you please provide a few screenshots that demonstrate the issue.
