Do you see the reCAPTCHA badge at the bottom corner of the page with form? If so then reCAPTCHA works. Most probably it needs some time to check the activity on your website.

Yes i see the badge. Been waiting 2-3 weeks, still a lot spam everyday.
Also, can the badge be hidden?

If you see the badge then reCAPTCHA v3 script works ok.
reCAPTCHA is designed to be able to block spambots but it is helpless against other types of spam. Human spammers can easily get around the program. Most probably this is your case.
You can hide the badge with the following css:
.grecaptcha-badge { visibility: hidden; }
It can be added to the theme in Nicepage Desktop >> Site Settings >> CSS tab.

Is there a way to prevent the spam that is not filtred with recaptacha integration? I am talking about 10-20 emails a day.

We do not have any additional spam filters. You can try some other third-party tools for your CMS.

I have the same problem as Charlie... the ReCaptcha is properly installed and the ReCaptcha logo is displayed in the website, but I still receive a lot of spam too.
Could you check that please?
I use Google ReCaptcha V2 with others website build with another CMS and it works perfectly... I can not believe that the latest version of recaptcha is not working at all...?

Exactly, I can understand that sometimes spam gets through recaptcha. But i get daily 10-20 spammails, even on websites that isn’t even seo optimized or actually public official websites, even demo websites.
Something is wrong and I feel that the recaptcha does not work at all. it would be better to not use a contact form at all and just provide the email and let the visitor do it manually. But how sexy is that?

If you see the sign of reacptcha on your site, then it is working. There is nothing to do with Nicepage, we only allow to add this functionality. So that is now recaptcha 3 works, probably the algorithm is not ideal and you still can receive spam letters sometimes.

Is any way how to run ReCaptcha ver.2 ? I think it will be better for my forms than ver3. Because I have v3 working, but still have 20 spams mail per day.

Hi,
I know this is an old post but I am having the same issues.
I have a new set of keys from google and are using them.
Its been 48 hours and its sending the form rather than asking the user for verification.
I do get the recaptcha badge in the corner but that's about it.
Did anyone find a fix?

We are using reCaptcha v3 and it does not provide any verification checkbox in the form. It works in a different way. If you see the badge in the corner of your screen, then it is working fine.
