i'm using STARTER plan yet but if i buy PERSONAL plan my question is

if i create project for my client can i remove your footer link or name

Hi,

Yes, sure, with any premium license you can remove the footnote under the Site Settings >> General tab.

Can i create unlimited project for my client or website theme and sell online marketplace like themeforest

You can try to sell the theme on the marketplace, but note that you cannot use any of our ready designs and you also cannot use the photos from the Stock tab in these themes.
