after import the page into Joomla a whole block is not shown online (exepte the multi media icons)

In the Nicepage Deskop and Nicepage Joomla backend it is available....

please, try to reimport Nicepage plugin and Website content to your Joomla.
If the problem still exist, please, provide the access to your Joomla account and send us your project file to resolve the problem.
