Ask a Question

Hello,

  1. i need to change the position of the back to top button to be on the left side and not on the right side of my pages, how can i do this ?

https://pacifiquemarketing.ca/

  1. When we use Nicepage has a white label plugin, we don't see the updates in wordpress, this is a big problem because our clients won't be able to know if an update is available?? It would be really easier if you could change that and make the updates visible in the wordpress administration even for unbranded plugins.

In the meantime, what is the best practice for updating the plugin when it is installed as a white label

Thanks
Martin

Hi Martin,

Unfortuately there is no possibility to change the position of the back to top button. But this option is added to our wishlist.
Regarding the white label plug-in, the only option to update it is to load the new exported version of the white label plug-in from the desktop application.

After 3 years, did this ever get done? I can't believe we can't do this with your software. How hard could that be? Div align left? No way to do that. nearly all chatbots now are positioned to the right side. The two can't coexist.

Hello Randall Gartman ,

We are sorry that not all features could be implemented fast enough due to the general Developers workload, more prioritized features, and roadmap.
This possibility is already on our wishlist and we added your voice which will help to prioritize it more, thank you for your patience and understanding.
