I have some question about the terms of use your free joomla templates
https://nicepage.com/joomla-templates
Users found following this paragraph in the terms of use on your website:

Certain Content will only be made available to users who pay Nicepage.com a fee for such Content and/or enter into a subscription agreement or other use agreement for that particular Content. Unless you enter into a Agreement with Nicepage.com you may not download, distribute, display and/or copy any Content. You may not remove any watermarks or copyright notices contained in the Content. Nicepage.com reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for any reason.

Could you please explain this part? Can I use the template I found for free? If so what are the limitations?

Hi,

Regarding the following paragraph:

"Certain Content will only be made available to users who pay Nicepage.com a fee for such Content and/or
enter into a subscription agreement or other use agreement for that particular Content..."

It is a standard statement for photo stock sites. Since Nicepage integrated photos from BillionPhotos and Pixabay, we included this paragraph.

As for the License Agreement For Web Templates, there is the separate license available at
https://nicepage.com/license-templates

You are ALLOWED to:
- Use templates for personal and commercial purposes, and
- Modify templates.

You are NOT allowed to:
- Copy templates to another website for downloading and/or sharing.

We have also included this into the Common Terms at https://nicepage.com/Terms.

...................................................
Sincerely,
Nicepage Support Team
