getting uncaught error add_action on site after i've uploaded

I uploaded the site i made into studio.onetakemedia.net and it uses php 7.0 and i get the following error. Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home4/zegron/studio.onetakemedia.net/index.php:2 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home4/zegron/studio.onetakemedia.net/index.php on line 2

Everything I've read says that this might be a theme core file error.

Hi Matt,

Please provide more details about the issue. Do you create a simple HTML site or use CMS? Do you upload a theme or theme with content? If you use another theme does the issue persist?
