Domain Already in Use Error When Connecting My Custom Domain

Hello Nicepage Support Team,

I am trying to connect my custom domain kingdomofchildhood.com, registered with BigRock, to my KOC Waldorf School website (koc-waldorf-school.nicepage.io).

I updated the DNS A record in BigRock to 35.157.174.232. Nicepage's Check Domain Connection feature confirms that my DNS records are configured correctly.

However, when I try to connect the domain, I receive this error: "Entered domain is already in use. Please use another one."

Could you please check whether this domain is assigned to another Nicepage project or account and help me connect it to my website?

Thank you for contacting us.

The domain kingdomofchildhood.com is still connected to your other site, which was published from the Nicepage Desktop application. To use it for your KOC Waldorf School site, please first disconnect it from that site:

Open the Nicepage Desktop application and the project from which this site was published.
Open the Site Settings >> General tab and click the Connect button.
Clear the domain name in the “My Domain” field, click Ok and save the Site Settings.

After that, you can connect the domain to your KOC Waldorf School site in the Site Settings of this site. Here is how to do it:
