Ask a Question

(Note - I began playing with the reset option and I understand it now. I get nervous about trusting the outcome when I hit a new link. But, no need to respond). Though, you should offer a way to delete a ticket.

Hi again!

I am trying - with some difficulty - to test my newly-designed site on different devices with different device breaks. I continue to get the message highlighted in the attached image. Is this an error code?

I am making my pages on the largest device setting first. I then click the pad icon at the top of the screen to adjust my layout on the pad settings. Then I choose the mobile phone icon and adjust the layout for that size. Am I doing this wrong? Should I do it somewhere else?

Is this an error code

Hello,

Thank you for the screenshot and the additional information.

The message highlighted in the screenshot is not an error. It is an informational message that appears when you make changes to a block in a specific Responsive View.

It means that you can adjust the design of this block separately for each Mobile View. The “Reset changes for this block” option allows you to undo the changes made to the block in the current view.

Your workflow is correct: you can design your page for the largest screen first and then switch to the Tablet and Mobile views to adjust the layout for smaller screens.

Therefore, you can safely ignore this message. No error is indicated in the screenshot.
