Ask a Question

Hello,

We have been using Themler professionally for many years as part of our web development business.

Over the years, we have built a very large number of client websites with Themler. More than 500 of these websites are still active and under our ongoing maintenance.

For the past several days, however, Themler has stopped working. At the same time, the official Themler website also appears to be unavailable.

This puts us in a very serious situation.

We understand that Themler is an older product and that Nicepage has become the company's main development platform. However, hundreds of websites created with Themler are still online and actively used by our clients. We are responsible for maintaining these websites, fixing problems, making changes, and keeping them operational.

We therefore need an official clarification from the Themler/Nicepage team:

Is the current outage temporary?
Will the Themler website and services be restored?
Will existing users continue to be able to use Themler to edit and maintain previously created websites?
If Themler has been permanently discontinued, is there a way to keep the software fully operational without depending on Themler's online services?
Is there an official migration path or another solution for existing Themler projects?

For a professional web development company with more than 500 active websites built with Themler, simply losing access to the tool without warning would create an extremely serious maintenance problem.

We are not asking for new features or further development of Themler. We simply need a reliable way to continue maintaining the websites that were created with the product we purchased and used for many years.

If Themler is being permanently shut down, we believe existing customers should at least be informed officially and provided with a solution that allows existing projects to remain editable.

We would greatly appreciate an official response from the Nicepage/Themler team regarding the current situation and the future availability of Themler.

Thank you.
