Every time I start the desktop program (Win 10), I get a prompt at the top of the screen to "Take a moment to verify your email address by clicking the link inside the (sic)we sent". Of course, I have no email in my inbox, nor in my spam folder and the email I used to purchase the license is correct since the program is validated. So I click "resend email". No email comes. This has happened dozens of times. How can this be fixed?
