Since last week, each time I want to open the Ncepage destop, it will ni=oot just load after authenticating me. Before this time, it will be asing where to load file from my sister even it's showing the very location it's installed. I thought, possibly an update will solve the issue, but not so. After downloading the update, instead of resolving it, I got the screenshot attached herewith..
As you can see, I have version 8.5.1 which is the latest.
