Joomla! 3.10.12 500HTTP error

Hi!

I have a website in Joomla! 3.10.12 version and this Nicepage template. Now after many years I need to edit it and when I click on save the article I get an error message: Failed to send request "//export2.nicepage.io/export" HTTP status - 500 internal werver error

What should I do?

Hi,

The Joomla team ended the support of Joomla 3 on February 2023. Please refer to this article: https://www.joomla.org/announcements/release-news/5894-joomla-is-18-and-extended-security-support-for-joomla-3.html.

As Joomla 3 is now deprecated by its developers, we have ended the support of the Nicepage extension for Joomla 3 as well. This is where you can find this announcement: https://nicepage.com/doc/625508/joomla-6-is-now-supported.

Therefore, we strongly recommend upgrading your website to Joomla 5 or 6 (or at least 4) to get further support for the Nicepage extension and get updates from Joomla, Nicepage, and other extensions.

After upgrading Joomla, you will need to reinstall your site template and the Nicepage extension, so they can be compatible with the updated Joomla version.
