Yes, you can add a Grid element inside the Header. Here's how:

1. Click inside the Header to place your cursor there
2. Go to the Element menu (the "+" Add button)
3. Select Grid and add it

This is actually a recommended approach for creating more flexible header layouts.
Just make sure the Grid width is set to content/sheet width (aligned to the dotted guidelines), otherwise it may display incorrectly in the browser.
