I get the notification about the photo size limit being 5kb, but also on the subscription page and license page in the bottom it shows this little chart.
Based on the chart it would seem that if I up grade my plan then I would be able to upload bigger images?

For a better understanding, could you please take a screenshot of the notification you received? Most probably, you have exceeded the site storage:

Yes, sorry. Here is a picture of the notification, (Bottom of screen shot) this popped up after I dragged an image from my desk top to the gallery to add it.
Also is there a way to look at my current usage of site storage being used?
Hi,
This message means that you cannot upload a single image larger than 5 MB. If you need to add an image to a site, and it exceeds 5 MB, please compress it before uploading, so it will be less than 5 MB.
