Hi
I've the ultimate license, which I'm using for several sites for different customers.
If I would like to stop my business one day and cancel my plan, could each customer keep their site, so it could be removed without any changes to their own plan? Should their plan also be ultimate then, regardless if it's just a simpel one-pager?

Thank you for reaching out!

After your subscription expires, Nicepage automatically switches to the Free Starter Plan.
Your domain will be disconnected, and published sites will remain active for 12 months. After that, they go offline.

However, if the sites are exported to WordPress or Joomla on third-party hosting, they remain fully independent. No active plan is needed to keep them alive.

If your clients want to edit their sites in the future, they will need an active Premium Plan. Which plan depends on their needs:
